How we’ll work together

  • We will arrange a time to speak briefly about your situation and identify whether the communications design service is a good fit for you.

  • Once we’ve come to an agreement, we prepare a contract, an NDA (if necessary), and an invoice. We have experience working with contracts from local, regional, and international organizations, including extensive UN experience.

  • We meet to discuss your specific objectives and your audience needs. We’ll provide recommendations and a project plan based on your requirements.

  • You share your data, copy, images, and brand guidelines.

  • We brainstorm different visual themes and metaphors that align with the project’s key messaging and resonate with audience needs. Mood boards are presented which allow you to follow progress and give feedback.

  • We design clean and professional layouts that balance text, data, and imagery while establishing a strong visual hierarchy to guide audiences through the key messages. Designs are again presented for stakeholder review and revisions made where necessary.

  • With final design approval we prepare optimized files for print and/or digital distribution. We coordinate with printers and production teams to ensure high quality output.
