Summary
The Caribbean Digital Transformation Institute project is a technical cooperation funded by the IDB, with the general objective of establishing a Caribbean Digital Transformation institute (DTI) as a regional public good that will coordinate the regional ecosystem to transform MSMEs through digital technology adoption. The project also seeks to facilitate a "Digital Check-up" tool that can provide feedback to MSMEs about their state of digital maturity, and offer a set of customized, virtual, learning paths that can help them advance in their digital maturity.
A digital campaign was executed to target Micro, Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the beneficiary countries Barbados, Belize, Guyana, Jamaica, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago to drive business owners to complete a 25-minute digital survey that will inform the development of a customized path of digital transformation for their business.
