Inhouse Art director responsible for crafting the new brand look and feel, including the campaign key art.
Deliverables included print and digital ads and recipes.
Today, Rainforest Seafoods is the largest, most consistent supplier of premium quality seafood throughout Jamaica and the wider Caribbean. In 2012, Rainforest sought to expand its operation with a soon-to-be-completed processing plant in Kingston. Recognizing the need for a strong market presence, Rainforest contracted the Marketing Counselors Limited to develop its first major Advertising Campaign for the Lent season.
The resulting campaign was vibrant and impactful, and the visual direction established then is still being used today.
Tasks included:
Concept Development - Conduct/review industry and market research, brainstorming, and generation of creative ideas for the promotional campaigns.
Client Communication and Team Coordination - Present and discuss creative concepts and coordinate with multi-disciplinary team to ensure a cohesive campaign direction.
Copy Direction - Collaborate with copywriters to develop compelling and on-brand messaging.
Design Direction - Translate visual concepts into detailed design briefs for discussion with client and staff
Visual Development - Create visual assets, including illustrations, and supervising photography.
Production Coordination - Collaborate with production teams to execute various media formats.
Quality Control - Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail in all creative aspects of the campaign.
